候補者 | CANDIDATE

「候補者」は、インテンシブ開催の前後18か月以内に、教会開拓を始めている/予定している方です。
A candidate is someone who is planting a church within 18 months before or after the intensive training program.

オブザーバー | OBSERVER

「オブザーバー」は、すでに教会のリーダーとして奉仕しており、City to City Japanとのつながりを持つことや、協働していくことに関心を持っている方です。
An observer is someone already serving in church leadership who is interested in connecting with, or partnering alongside CTC Japan.
