インテンシブ後のコホート

日本語インテンシブの修了後、インキュベーターの補完的な取り組みとして、City to City Japanは特定のテーマに特化した複数のコホートを提供しています。これらのコホートは、教会開拓者やミニストリーリーダーがより深く掘り下げて学ぶ機会となるだけでなく、実際の働きへの適用を助ける牧会的原則やツールも提供します。現在、以下のコホートが日本語および英語で実施されています：

祈りのコホート

この12週間のコホートでは、教会開拓者やミニストリーリーダーが、危機の時にも正直に、信仰と希望をもって祈ることを励まされます。願いや必要を神の御前に持っていく中で、祈りを通して神がどのように働かれるかを体験しましょう。祈りのコホートは、忙しい日常の中での交わりのオアシスでもあり、お互いのアカウンタビリティーを持ちつつ、神の御前で本音を語り、希望を持つことのできる安全な場を提供します。

説教コホート

この全6回のコホートでは、説教における恵みによる変化をより明確に理解し、それを実現するための備えが与えられます。ティモシー・ケラーによる説教のモデルと原則に関するプレゼンテーションを通じて、概念的な土台を築きます。他の教会開拓者やミニストリーリーダーたちと共に、専用のリソースを活用しながら、学んだことを実際の説教にどのように適用するかに集中して取り組みます。

信仰と仕事のコホート

この全6回のコホートでは、教会開拓者やミニストリーリーダーが「仕事における霊的刷新」を探求し、それを実現するための牧会的原則と実践ツールを学びます。このビジョンは、日本中の働き人がイエスによって職場で変えられ、同時にその働き自体をも変えていくというものです。受講者は、自身の文脈に合った「信仰と仕事」のミニストリーを導入・定着させるサポートを受け、Light Projectの働きについても紹介されます。

ABOUT THE POST-INTENSIVE COHORTS

Following the Japanese Intensive, and serving as an accompaniment to the Incubator, CTCJ offers a number of cohorts which specialise on specific topics. These cohorts allow church planters and ministry leaders to dig a little deeper, while also providing pastoral principles and tools to assist with implementation City to City Japan currently offers the following cohorts in Japanese and English:

Prayer Cohorts

This twelve-week cohort encourages church planters and ministry leaders to pray with honesty, faith, and hope through times of crisis. Watch God move in and through your prayer stories as you bring your desires and needs before him. As well as accountability, prayer cohorts offer an oasis of fellowship amongst busy lifestyles—a safe place to be real and hopeful in the presence of God.

Preaching Cohorts

This six-part cohort gives you increased clarity and equips you to achieve grace-enabled transformation
through your preaching. You will lay a conceptual foundation for this through presentations on Timothy
Keller’s model and principles for preaching. Alongside other church planters and ministry leaders, you will access purpose-built resources and focus on applying what you are learning to your actual sermons.

Faith and Work Cohorts

This six-part cohort helps church planters and ministry leaders explore renewal at work, and provides pastoral principles and tools to assist with implementation. The vision is to see Japan flooded with believers who are being transformed by Jesus at work, and transforming the work they do. You will be assisted in implementing and embeding Faith and Work ministries to suit your context, and will be introduced to the work of the Light Project.
