GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
自らと教会を育み、成長させようとしている他のミニストリー リーダーたちと共に、教会開拓者のための継続的なインプット とサポートを、インキュベーターは提供します。インキュベー ターの一つのユニットに2つのモジュールがあり、12ヶ月の 間に4つのユニットを見ていきます。
The Incubator provides ongoing input and support for church planters, alongside other ministry leaders seeking to grow and develop themselves and their church. Over twelve months, our anticipated outcome is to see you functioning as a confident, God-called leader with clear vision and a personal sense of mission. We long to see you leading and facilitating a dynamic, missional community of faith, that begins to transform your city.

This unit covers evangelistic networking and discipling people with an integrative (non-dualistic) vision of the Christian life. It includes examining how churches can equip Christians to contribute distinctively to culture.

前提条件
ASSUMPTIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS
インキュベーターは、毎月集まる前にモジュールの内容にアクセ スできるようになっているので、先に各自で内容に触れてから セッションに集って学ぶという形をとっています。
インキュベーターはどなたでも参加できます。初回からの参加をおすすめしますが、プログラムの途中からの参加も歓迎しています。
The Incubator operates with a “flipped classroom” methodology, providing access to content ahead of each module, before meeting in-person once every month.
The Incubator is open for everyone. While it is ideal to join from the beginning, we welcome anyone who would like to join the Incubator mid-program.
