CITY TO CITY ジャパン 評価プロセスへようこそ!
WELCOME TO CITY TO CITY ASSESSMENT PROCESS! 

最も効果的なリーダーは、自分自身を理解し、自分の強みや霊的賜物、そして自己認識に基づいて意思決定を行うことができる、という研究があります。また、自分をよく知る人たちから正直なフィードバックをもらうことで、自分の理解が深まり、さらなる成長の機会を得ることにつながります。 


インテンシブに応募する方は、あなたをリクルート（推薦）することに同意しているCTCJのスタッフまたは関係者の名前を記入する必要があります。この推薦者は、応募者の評価をする責任も負います。

もしCTCJのスタッフまたは関係者からリクルート（推薦）を受けていない場合は、CTCJの正式な担当者との短い面談を設定するため、小川紅美(kumi@citytocityjapan.com) までご連絡ください。

評価は、City to City ジャパン独自のアンケート（フォームの後半部分）と「360度評価」の２つで行われます。

あなた自身の評価に加え、6 人の評価協力者 （推薦者1 名、配偶者1 名、牧師・教会指導者1 名、同僚・友人1 名、自分が弟子訓練した人2 名）の氏名とE メールアドレスの提供をお願いします。必ず評価協力者の許可を得ておいてください。このフォームの送信後、各評価協力者に、City to City ジャパン独自アンケートと360度評価回答用のリンクをお送りします。

全員が２つの評価を提出してくださった後、あなたに「360度評価レポート」をお送りします。このレポートを元にCity to City ジャパンの認定コーチとオンライン面談をし、主要な強みや改善点などを特定して、今後の行動プランを作成します。その後、審査の結果、参加が決定した場合には、正式にインテンシブへのご招待のご連絡を差し上げます。（７月頃予定）

Research shows the most effective leaders are those who know themselves and are able to make decisions based on personal strengths, spiritual giftedness and self-awareness. Seeking honest feedback from those you are well acquainted with helps strengthen your self-perception and provides opportunities for further development.

Applicants to the Intensive Training Program must provide the name of a CTCJ staff member or affiliate who has agreed to recruit them. This recruiter will also be responsible for completing a survey on the Applicants behalf.

If you have not been recruited by a CTCJ staff member or affiliate, please contact Kumi Ogawa (kumi@citytocityjapan.com) to arrange a short interview with an official CTCJ representative.

Alongside your own evaluation you will be asked to provide the names and email addresses of six referees (1 recruiter, 1 spouse, 1 senior minister/leader, 1 colleague/peer, and 2 disciples/trainees). Please make sure you receive permission from your referees before submitting their names. By submitting this form, yourself will receive a link to “360 Survey form”, and each of your referees will receive both a “City to City Japan's own questionnaire” and a link to “360 Survey form.”

After everyone has submitted all of their evaluations, at the end of the assessment process, you will receive a ‘360 Survey Report’. The report help you identify key strengths, areas for improvement. You will have an online meeting with City to City accredited coach based on this report and work out to make an action plan for future. After the interview process, if your participation is approved, you will receive a formal invitation to the Intensive Training Program. (Expected around July)
