トレーニング
教会開拓者が各都市で新しく教会を始めようとするとき、CTCJはまず彼らの成功を願っています。そのために日本各地のリーダーを募集し、評価し、訓練し、指導し、健全な教会を立ち上げ、成長させる支援をします。CTCJの提供する主なプログラムには、インキュベーター、説教のインキュベーター、日本および海外のインテンシブ、コーチングと呼ばれるものがあります。
What do we do For Church Planters?
TRAINING
When church planters set out to start new churches in their cities, we want them to succeed. We recruit, assess, train, and coach local leaders all over Japan, helping them to launch and grow healthy churches. Our programs include The Incubator, Preaching Incubator, Japanese and International Intensive, and Coaching.
リソース
新しい教会は、率先して新しいグループや世代に福音を伝え、既存の教会がその成果を見る「実験室」のような役割を果たします。CTCJは、約300の教会を開拓した経験のあるCity to Cityネットワークから、効果的なトレーニング、考え方、経験をシェアするためのリソースを活用しています。
ネットワーク
City to Cityは、世界中のネットワークリーダーと協力して、持続可能で短期間に成長する福音ムーブメントを生み出しています。CTCJは、より大きなムーブメントのハブとして機能すること、多くの新しい教会が日本に開拓され、継続されるように、教会開拓を始めたい人々に研修の機会、資金などを提供し、支えるために、日本国内で福音中心のネットワークと繋がっています。
RESOURCES
New churches take the lead to reach new people groups and generations with the gospel and act as a lab for existing churches. City to City Japan utilises resources from the City to City Network to share the best training, thinking and experience after planting about 300 churches.
NETWORKS
City to City works with network leaders all over the world to create sustainable and faster-growing gospel movements. City to City Japan operates as a hub within this larger movement, connecting different networks of gospel-centred churches that train, fund, and support others so that many new churches can be planted and sustained within Japan.
資金支援
日本の都市に住む、それは世界中のどの都市でも同じように莫大な費用がかかります。毎年私たちが支援する開拓教会の多くは、軌道に乗るまでの元手となる資金を必要としています。しかしひとたび教会が自立すれば、その教会は次に別の教会が始まるための資金を提供できるようになります。

FUNDING
Japanese cities, like most global cities, are extremely expensive, and a lot of the churches we help start each year will require money to get off the ground. When the church becomes self supporting, it can provide seed money to start another church.
