CTCJでは、効果的なミニストリーと協働は健全なチームから始まると認識しています。そこで私たちはIntegrity Hubと提携し、その「ゴスペル・チーミング」プログラムを導入しました。率直な評価、内省、行動を通じて、信頼と責任が組織内での仕事とリーダーシップにどう影響するかを探りました。このプログラムは三つの段階を通して指針を与えてくれました。１）現在のチームダイナミクスの理解、２）行動と優先順位の再設定、そして３）新しく健全な働き方の実現です。この福音中心のアプローチが、内部の連携を強化するだけでなく、組織が誠実さとバランス、新たな目的を持って成長する力を与えてくれることを願っています。
At CTCJ, we recognised that effective ministry and collaboration begin with healthy teams. This is why we partnered with Integrity Hub, who introduced us to their Gospel Teaming programme. Through honest assessment, reflection, and action, we explored how trust and accountability shape the way we serve and lead within our organisation. The programme guided us through three phases: understanding current team dynamics, resetting behaviours and priorities, and releasing new, healthier ways of working. Our hope is that this gospel-centred approach will not only strengthen our internal collaboration but also empower our organisation to grow with integrity, balance, and renewed purpose.
ゴスペル・チーミングとは、チーム内で信頼、アカウンタビリティ、福音に基づく協働を育むことです。このプログラムは、シティ・カタリストたちの連携を強化し、日々の業務と大きな使命を結びつけ、成果と能力のバランスを取るという点で成長するための助けになりました。私たちは共に、東京全体でより健全で持続可能な成長の基盤を築いています。
Gospel Teaming is about cultivating trust, accountability, and gospel-shaped collaboration within teams. The gospel teaming program has helped strengthen how our city catalysts work together—bridging daily tasks with the bigger mission and balancing output with capacity. Together, we’re building a foundation for healthier, more sustainable growth across Tokyo.

最近、多くの教会が閉じ、無牧となり、どんどん教会の数が減っているとう現状を今まで以上に耳にします。しかしそのような中で、わたしたちがまだ気づいていない神様の計画があること、そして神の恵みと計画にあって希望を持つように導かれています。
Recently, we hear more than ever about churches closing, pastors being left without pastors, and the number of churches rapidly decreasing. However, amidst all this, we are led to believe that there is a plan of God that we have not yet realized, and to have hope in God's grace and plan.
日本の将来の宣教や教会開拓、また教派や教会を超えて共に宣教活動をしようという声や意識が高まっています。そのためのセミナーやネットワーク間での集まりや話し合いへの誘いが最近増えています。
There is a growing awareness and voice for future missions and church planting in Japan, as well as for working together across denominations and churches to carry out missionary activities. Recently, there has been an increase in invitations to seminars and networking gatherings and discussions to this end.
上記にあって、CTCJが都市や街で目指す、福音のエコシステムや街ぐるみの協力関係へのビジョンを常にシェアしています。
In light of the above, we are constantly sharing our vision for the gospel ecosystem and city-wide collaborative relationships that CTCJ aims to create in cities and towns.

インキュベーターに参加した教会の中で、福音に基づく変化が起こっています。ある教会では参加した牧師がインキュベーターの中であった議論の時間や深く考える時間から、福音についてもっと深くすることができました。その結果、説教に変化が現れました。
説教で、人の心の問題とそれに対する唯一の解決としての福音の恵みが、会衆のニーズを意識した例話と、牧師自身の内面の自己開示ととも話されるようになりました。
福音の理解は、教会リーダーシップチーム間に広がり、福音に基づく奉仕活動についての理解が深まりました。
文脈化、採用、悔い改めといった概念について共通言語を持つことで、皆が本質を見続けられています。
多くの教会メンバーが、神の御国のために市内にある他の教会や教会開拓団体と協働を始められることに喜びと励ましを感じるようになりました。
Gospel-based change is occurring among the churches that have participated in the Incubator. At one church, the participating pastor was able to deepen his understanding of the gospel through the discussions and reflections he had during the Incubator. As a result, changes were seen in his sermons.
Sermons now discussed the problems of the human heart and the grace of the gospel as the only solution, along with examples that were conscious of the needs of the congregation and the pastor's own inner self-disclosure.
Gospel understanding also spread among the church leadership team, and their understanding of gospel-based ministry deepened. Having a common language around concepts such as contextualization, adoption, and repentance has helped everyone to continue to see the essence.
Many church members have expressed joy and encouragement in starting to collaborate with other churches and church-planting organizations in the city for God's kingdom.

不法移民の取り締まり、合法的な金銭的義務を回避する外国人、ペーパーカンパニーの存在により外交関係はやや複雑ではあるものの、大阪は依然として外国人住民への配慮と尊重の心を開いた場所である。市内では抗議活動も一部発生しているが、大多数の人々は他者と平和に調和して暮らしたいと願っており、日本を安全で清潔、平和な状態に保つために皆がそれぞれの役割を果たすことを望んでいる。社会経済的緊張が高まる中、福音が如何に一致と安全をもたらすかを示す絶好の機会である。
As foreign relations are a little complicated due to the crackdown of illegal immigration, foreigners who avoid legal financial duties, and skeleton companies, Osaka remains a place whose hearts are still opened to caring for and respecting the foreigner population. While there are some protests happening in the city, most people want to live in peace and harmony with others, they just want everyone to do their part to keep Japan safe, clean, and peaceful. It is a great opportunity to show how the Gospel can bring unity and security when the social and economic tensions rise.
クリスマスシーズンが近づくにつれ、多くの教会では人々を教会やクリスマス行事へ招きやすくなる特別な時期に向けて準備を進めています。多くの日本人はクリスマスの本当の意味を知りませんが、街の装飾や店舗・ショッピングモールで流れる音楽が醸し出す雰囲気を好みます。このため、キリスト教のクリスマス行事や礼拝への招待に「はい」と答えやすくなる特別な季節となるのです。私たちはこれを「チャンスタイム！」と呼んでいます。
As the Christmas season is at hand, many churches are gearing up for an exceptionally easier time to invite people to church or Christmas events. Many Japanese don't know the real meaning of Christmas, but they like the ambience it brings in the city's decorations and music played in stores and malls. This makes it a special season where people are more likely to say yes to an invitation to a Christian Christmas event or worship service. We like to call it "Chance time!"

シティ・トゥ・シティは、市内および広域関西圏の教会や組織間の架け橋となる活動を継続しています。インキュベーターなどの研修プログラムを通じて、牧師やリーダーが福音がいかに私たちの心や奉仕活動、さらには日曜礼拝の構築方法さえも形作るかという課題と向き合う手助けをしています。
City to City continues to help build bridges between churches and organizations around the city and greater Kansai region. We provide training through things like the Incubator which help pastors and leaders wrestle with the ideas of how the Gospel shapes our own hearts, our ministries, and even the way we build our Sunday Worship services.

今期も、神様が名古屋という街に秘めておられる霊的な可能性が、静かに、しかし着実に開かれていくのを実感しています。長い年月の中で育まれてきた伝統と産業のリズムは、この街の強い土台であり続けていますが、その内側では、人々の心に小さな“新しい息吹”が芽生え始めています。地域で仕える日本人・外国人のリーダーたちは皆、 「福音がこの地でどのように根づき、実を結び、広がっていくのか」
というビジョンを少しずつ共有し始めています。名古屋で起こっているこの静かな前進は、他の地域にも必ず広がりうると信じています。 必要な時にCTCJがそっと寄り添い、伴走できる存在になれればと願っています。
This quarter, I once again sensed that God is quietly yet steadily unveiling the spiritual potential He has planted in the city of Nagoya. This city has long been shaped by a deep rhythm of tradition and industry – foundations that continue to support its identity. Yet beneath that familiar surface, small “new breaths” of renewal have begun to appear in the hearts of many. Both Japanese and international leaders serving in the region are gradually beginning to share a common vision: How might the gospel take root in this land, bear fruit, and spread more deeply and widely? This quiet forward movement we’re seeing in Nagoya is something we believe God can – and will – bring about in other regions as well.When such moments arise, we hope CTCJ can be a gentle companion, walking alongside churches and leaders as they take their next step.
今期、新しく若い日本人牧師がインキュベーターに加わってくださり、大きな励ましとなりました。一人の参加が加わることで場全体に新しい風が吹き込み、議論はさらに深まり、互いの視点や励ましも豊かになっていくのを実感しました。また、岐阜市で教会開拓に励んでおられる牧師夫妻を訪問し、祈りの課題を伺い、心を合わせて祈る機会が与えられました。地域の最前線で奮闘されている開拓者の霊的・肉体的な必要を共有し、継続して祈りに覚えることの大切さを深く学びました。宣教の最前線に立つリーダーたちの上に、主の確かな臨在と守り、導きが豊かにありますよう心から願っています。
This quarter, a young Japanese pastor joined the Incubator, and his presence was a tremendous encouragement. Even the addition of one new participant brought a fresh wind into the room. Discussions deepened, perspectives broadened, and the mutual encouragement among participants grew richer. It reminded us again of the value of leaders learning and walking together.
I also had the privilege of visiting a church-planting couple serving in Gifu City. Listening to their prayer requests and praying with them was a gift. Hearing the spiritual and physical burdens carried by those on the frontlines of ministry helped us rediscover the importance of holding these leaders continually in prayer.We pray earnestly that God’s steady presence, protection, and guidance will rest abundantly upon those serving at the front lines of mission—both in Nagoya and in every region.
CTCJは、主が各地で進めておられる働きに寄り添い、教会やリーダーが次の一歩を踏み出せるよう伴走することを大切にしています。今期は、今年最後のインキュベーターを無事終えることができました。全9回の学びと交わりを通して、参加者全員が深い恵みにあずかり、互いの働きに対する理解と励ましが大きく広がりました。
CTCJ desires to come alongside the work God is already doing in each city and support churches and leaders as they take their next faithful step. This quarter, we successfully completed the final Incubator session of the year. Across all nine gatherings, participants experienced deep learning and rich fellowship, and we together rejoiced in the grace we encountered throughout the journey.

Q1. 今年のインキュベーターで、牧師として最も影響を受けた点は何でしたか？「学び続けることの大切さを改めて実感しました。良いリマインダーとなり、新しい気づきも与えられたことに感謝しています。」
Q1. As a pastor, what influenced you the most through this year's Incubator? "I was reminded of the importance of continuing to learn. It served as a helpful reminder and also gave me new insights, which I’m grateful for."
Q2. インキュベーターは、ご自身の教会でのミニストリーにどのような変化や気づきを与えましたか？「教会のことを考えるとき、木に例えるなら“枝葉”の部分、つまり細かなアプリケーションに意識が向きがちだと思います。しかし本当に変わるべきは“幹”の部分であり、その変化には時間がかかると感じています。たとえば、インキュベーターの初期で学んだ「私たちは皆それぞれ異なる“レンズ”を通して物事を解釈している」という点について言えば、解釈の違いに目を向ける前に、自分がどんなレンズをかけているのかを自覚する必要があります。根本に立ち返ることができたのは大変良い学びでした。」
Q2. How did the Incubator bring change or new awareness to your ministry context? "When thinking about church ministry, we often focus on the “branches and leaves”—the finer applications. However, the real area that needs to change is the “trunk,” and I believe that kind of change takes time. For example, early in the Incubator we learned that each of us views things through different “lenses.” We tend to focus on differences in interpretation, but before that, we need to recognize the fact that we are all wearing lenses in the first place. Being able to return to these foundational truths was very helpful for me."
Q3. 参加したことをきっかけに、教会で新しく取り入れたことや変化させた実践はありますか？「教会の変化は、まずリーダー自身の変化から始まると思います。インキュベーターを通して、私の中にも確かに変えられた部分があります。しかし、それを教会全体へと落とし込むにはまだ時間が必要だと感じています。宿題が十分にできていなかったことも影響していますし、私の教会の場合は複数のリーダーがいますので、もし皆で参加できていたら、教会としての変化はさらに大きかったかもしれません。」
Q3. Have you implemented anything new in your church or made any changes as a result of the Incubator? "I believe that change in a church begins with change in its leaders. Through the Incubator, there are areas in my own life and leadership that have certainly been transformed. However, it will still take time to translate that into changes within the church. I also think the fact that I wasn’t able to complete all the homework assignments had an impact. And in the case of our church, since we have multiple leaders, I imagine the influence on the church would have been even greater if all of us had been able to participate together."
今期はさらに、CBIカンファレンスへの参加を通して多くの新しいリーダーたちと挨拶し、つながりを持つことができました。また、メールアウトリーチでは伝統的な教会のリサーチを行い、初めて関わる牧師たちへ丁寧にアプローチすることができました。これらの働きが、「必要なときにはCTCJに相談できる」、「一緒に考え、祈り、歩んでくれる」という安心感につながり、地域教会の励ましとなることを願っています。
In addition, this quarter we were able to greet and connect with many new leaders at the CBI Conference.Through our email outreach, we conducted research on traditional churches in Aichi Prefecture and reached out—often for the very first time—to pastors we had not previously connected with. Through these efforts, our hope is that pastors and churches will
remember CTCJ when they encounter needs, knowing that they can reach out and that CTCJ will walk with them, pray with them, and offer tangible support when needed.

毎月の各地でのインキュベーターイベントで使用される資料が、集まる参加者が実際に自分の教会開拓について具体的に実践に移すための考察に刺激になっていることを、各地のインキュベーターイベントに参加することで体感できました。何よりまず自分が福音に立つことを繰り返しリマインドされることが、参加者一人一人の心に響き、交わりを親しくさせ、牧会も変え、彼らの教会自体も刷新させる可能性や兆しを感じています。資料制作自体は地道な作業ですが、わずかながらもその実りを見ることができたのは次の資料制作への動機付けとなっています。
Through participating in incubator events across various locations each month, I have witnessed firsthand how the materials used stimulate participants to engage in concrete reflection on how to practically implement church planting within their own contexts. Above all, the repeated reminder to stand firmly on the Gospel resonates deeply with each participant. This fosters closer fellowship, transforms pastoral care, and reveals the potential and signs of renewal within their churches themselves. While the actual preparation of materials is a painstaking task, witnessing even a small measure of its fruit has become a motivating factor for the next round of material creation.
１年を通してあるインキュベーターの開催地でのリーダーたちがより親しくなっているのがよくわかりました。インキュベーターの資料の冒頭は必ず福音的コミュニティを促すワークがあります。最終日の後、来年の計画について二人のリーダーが話し合っていました。日本だけでなくさまざまな文化背景を持つ二人は、話しながら笑い、大いに盛り上がり、楽しさがこちらにも伝わってくるほどでした。これを見て「そんなに楽しいなら自分も入れて欲しい」と思わせるような雰囲気がその都市での福音のムーブメントとなる兆しを感じました。毎月のイベントに翻訳部門として資料を提供し開催を支えられた実りの一つであると受け止め感謝を覚えました。
Throughout the year, it was clear that the leaders at the incubator venue had grown much closer. The opening session of the incubator materials invariably featured work encouraging gospel-centred community. After the final day, two leaders were discussing plans for the coming year. Hailing not only from Japan but from diverse cultural backgrounds, they laughed and chatted animatedly, their enjoyment palpable even to those observing. Witnessing this atmosphere, which made one think, ‘If it's that enjoyable, I'd like to join in too,’ felt like a sign of an emerging gospel movement in that city. I felt a sense of gratitude, recognising this as one of the fruits of our work providing materials as the translation department to support the monthly events.

Alongside our monthly incubator sessions, the volume of materials to be produced will increase. We will also require volunteers for interpreting during the Intensive Training, as well as for translation and proofreading to assist with material preparation. ６名の新しいコーチが与えられました。トレーニングが実際のコーチングの中でどのように生かされているかを観察するために各コーチにコーチングを録画してもらいました。それを見てコーチング・ディレクターがフィードバックしました。
We have now 6 newly trained coaches. In order to know how the CROSS model training has been applied to the actual coaching session, each coach was asked to take a video of a coaching session. Then the coaching director saw the video and gave the feedback to each coach for the further development of their coaching skills.
詳しい内容は話せませんが、難しい局面に直面した教会開拓者はコーチングを通して共に祈り、「主なる神が励ましと慰めを与えてくださいました。」と言われました。次のセッションまでの戦略などを話すことはありませんでしたが、コーチも教会開拓者も心の癒しが必要であることを理解し祈り続けることにしました。
While I cannot share the details, but there is a church planter, who faced a difficult phase, and said, "Through this coaching God encourage and comforted me." Eventually we did not plan any strategy for the next session, but we know that we need to continue to pray for the healing of wounded hearts.
