Born in Osaka, Japan, Tom graduated with his MBA from Colorado Technical University and his MDiv from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. His ministry experience includes co-founding a seminary (Christ Bible Institute in Nagoya) and serving as lead pastor at a Japanese church. Besides serving as Associate Pastor, Tom is also the Kansai area director of Light Project (a Japan-based faith & work ministry organization). Tom enjoys living together with his wife, Emi, in Kobe’s Chuo-Ward.

大阪出身。コロラド工科大学でビジネス修士号（MBA）、トリニティー神学校で牧会学修士号（M-Div）を取得。神学校（名古屋のキリスト聖書学園 CBI）の立ち上げや日本の教会における牧会の経験を持つ。 2018年9月よりマスタードシード・クリスチャン教会神戸の協力牧師となる。Lightプロジェクト（信仰と仕事のミニストリー）関西ディレクター。妻（恵美）と共に神戸市中央区在住。
