神奈川
神奈川は人口約380万人の港町横浜が経済や観光の中心として有名です。しかし、神奈川には山岳中心の市も多くあり、また19の市の中で人口5万人以下の市も3つもあります。このように神奈川は様々な側面を持っていて、私たちにとっても、神奈川についてまだまだ新しく知ることがたくさんありそうです。
Kanagawa
Kanagawa is famous for its port city Yokohama, with a population of approximately 3.8 million, which is the economic and tourist centre of the city. However, Kanagawa is also home to a number of mountain areas, and 3 of its 19 cities have populations of less than 50,000. Thus, Kanagawa has many facets and we have many new possibilities to learn about it.

インキュベーターに参加した教会の中で、福音に基づく変化が起こっています。ある教会では参加した牧師がインキュベーターの中であった議論の時間や深く考える時間から、福音についてもっと深くすることができました。その結果、説教に変化が現れました。
説教で、人の心の問題とそれに対する唯一の解決としての福音の恵みが、会衆のニーズを意識した例話と、牧師自身の内面の自己開示ととも話されるようになりました。
福音の理解は、教会リーダーシップチーム間に広がり、福音に基づく奉仕活動についての理解が深まりました。
文脈化、採用、悔い改めといった概念について共通言語を持つことで、皆が本質を見続けられています。
多くの教会メンバーが、神の御国のために市内にある他の教会や教会開拓団体と協働を始められることに喜びと励ましを感じるようになりました。
Gospel-based change is occurring among the churches that have participated in the Incubator. At one church, the participating pastor was able to deepen his understanding of the gospel through the discussions and reflections he had during the Incubator. As a result, changes were seen in his sermons.
His sermons now discuss the problems of the human heart and the grace of the gospel as the only solution, along with examples that were conscious of the needs of the congregation and the pastor's own inner self-disclosure.
Gospel understanding also spread among the church leadership team, and their understanding of gospel-based ministry deepened. Having a common language around concepts such as contextualization, adoption, and repentance has helped everyone to continue to see the essence.
Many church members have expressed joy and encouragement in starting to collaborate with other churches and church-planting organizations in the city for God's kingdom.

引き続き神奈川インキュベーターが行われています。その後のランチと交流の時間で、どのようにしたらお互いの関係をもう一歩深めていけるのかを考えて、イメージを共有し合うようになってきました。自分も含めて、一歩ずつ歩み寄ろうとしているように感じます。
The Kanagawa Incubator is currently underway. During the lunch and social time that followed, we began to think about how we could further deepen our relationship and share ideas. It feels like everyone, including myself, is trying to come to an agreement, one step at a time.

より豊かで深い関係へ
Our relationship is getting deeper

お互いの関係が深まってきていること、神様が私たちの間に、互いに正直に話し合える関係を作り出しているように思います。インキュベーターでの議論やプログラムは、お互いにとって安全な場所を確保し、弱さをさらけ出してもいいという土台を築くのに役立っています。4月から6月にかけて、インキュベーターを3回開催しました。また、厚木市で牧師会を2回開催しました。
Our relationship is getting deeper. I feel that God is creating a relationship between us where we can talk honestly with each other. The discussions and programs at the incubator help to ensure that it is a safe place for each other and build a foundation where it is okay to show weakness. We held the incubator three times from April to June. We held two pastors' meetings in Atsugi City.
神奈川でさらに深まる関係
Deeper Relationships in Kanagawa

神奈川は人口約380万人の港町横浜が経済や観光の中心として有名です。しかし、神奈川には山岳中心の市も多くあり、また19の市の中で人口5万人以下の市も3つもあります。このように神奈川は様々な側面を持っていて、私たちにとっても、神奈川についてまだまだ新しく知ることがたくさんありそうです。神奈川では、昨年度最後の四半期には神奈川インキュベーターがスタートし、新しいコミュニティが始まりました。ただ実感としては、まだ表面的な交流にとどまっているといったところでしょうか。この四半期から、神奈川にいるメンバーがお互いに知識や表面的な情報交換に留まらず、福音を中心にする故に、より深い関係になれる事を願っています。

However, Kanagawa is also home to a number of mountain areas, and 3 of its 19 cities have populations of less than 50,000. Thus, Kanagawa has many facets and we have many new possibilities to learn about it. In Kanagawa, the last quarter saw the start of a new community with the Kanagawa Incubator. From this quarter, we hope that the members in Kanagawa will be able to get to know each other more deeply, not only in terms of knowledge and superficial information but also coming from our shared DNA in the gospel.
“神様は神奈川の中でより多くの親しい関係が出来るように働いて下さっています。”
日本において福音中心の新しい関係が出来るように祈っている中で、こんな事が続けてありました。ある次世代宣教の超教派のイベントで知り合った方は、後で福音中心の教会で奉仕をしているメンバーだとわかりました。別のイベントに参加して知り合ったのは、福音中心とは何かを知りたいと求めていた方々でした。そのうちの数人がインキュベーターに参加してくれるようになりました。また地域の牧師会で、これからの宣教に悩みを持っていた宣教師に出会い悩みを聞いていくうちに、福音中心に関心を持った彼はインキュベーターに参加し、そこから励まされています。新しく神奈川に来た宣教師は、インキュベーターに参加して、そこで出会った牧師が以前いた場所で親しくしていた牧師と仲の良い牧師であることを知り、共通の友人がいた事から親しみが増しています。神様は神奈川の中でより多くの親しい関係が出来るように働いて下さっています。
As we are praying for gospel-centred relationships in Japan, God continues to lead us to the right people. One person at a Next Generation Missions interdenominational event told us he was serving in a Gospel-centred church. When attending another event, people were seeking to know more about Gospel-centred church planting. Some of these people eventually became participants in our Incubator. At a local pastors' meeting, we met a missionary who was concerned about his future ministry, and after listening to his concerns, he joined our incubator. Newly arrived missionaries in Kanagawa have become more familiar with the local pastors after attending the Incubator. God is working in Kanagawa to establish closer relationships amongst the local pastors and missionaries
