City to City Japanでは、チームの一員として積極的かつ責任感のある「データ統合アナリスト」をパートタイムで募集しています。選考された方には、教会関係者へのインタビューの調整、データの統合、およびGoogle スプレッドシートへの正確な情報入力を担当していただきます。この業務は、トレーニングプログラムの改善、次世代の教会開拓者の育成、傾向の分析、効果的な支援策の提供において非常に重要な役割を果たします。

City to City Japan is seeking a dedicated and proactive Data Consolidation Analyst to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating informal interviews with church associates, consolidating data, and entering the collected information into Google spread sheet. This role is essential for improving training programs, empowering future church planters, identifying trends, and providing targeted support to enhance the overall effectiveness of our initiatives.

主な業務内容と責任：
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • 教会開拓者と、対面またはオンラインでのインタビューを行い、必要な情報を収集する。

  • 事前に用意された質問を活用し、教会開拓者の経験や課題について詳細なフィードバックや洞察を得る。

  • 収集したデータを分析し、今後のトレーニングプログラムやサポート体制の改善に役立つ傾向や洞察を特定する。

  • プロジェクトマネージャーと密に連携し、組織の目標に沿ったデータ収集に努める。

  • パートナー組織と情報共有を行う際、対象者のプライバシーと匿名性を厳守する。

  • データ収集の進捗状況や初期の分析結果を、プロジェクトマネージャーや関係者に定期的に報告する。

  • 自主的かつ責任感を持って業務をし、期限を守る。

  • Conduct informal interviews with church planters, either in person or online, to gather relevant data.

  • Utilise prepared questions to collect detailed feedback and insights from church planters regarding their experiences and challenges.

  • Analyze the collected data to identify trends and insights that can inform training programs and support mechanisms.

  • Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to align data collection efforts with organisational objectives.

  • Maintain confidentiality and anonymity of respondents while sharing insights with partner organisations.

  • Provide regular updates and reports on data collection progress and initial findings to the Project Manager and relevant stakeholders.

  • Work independently while demonstrating initiative and responsibility in task completion, adhering to deadlines.

  • 語学力：日本語が堪能であること。英語の基礎理解があればなお良い（円滑なコミュニケーションのため）。

応募資格（最低条件）:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 重要な条件: 教会開拓者との面会のために必要に応じて移動ができること。細かな点に気を配り、親しみやすく、状況や目的を理解した上でコミュニケーションがとれること。

  • 技術スキル：データ入力の経験があり、データベース管理システムの基本的な知識を持っていること。Microsoft Office（Word、Excel等）を使いこなせること。

  • ミッションへの共感：City to City Japanの使命と価値観に賛同し、教会開拓者の支援や日本における持続可能な教会の成長に情熱を持てること。

  • Drivers: The ability to travel as required for in-person meetings with church planters. Keen attention to details, a friendly demeanour when communicating with others and an understanding of context and objectives.

  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with database management systems. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).

  • Mission Alignment: A commitment to the mission and values of City to City Japan, with a passion for supporting church planters and contributing to the growth of sustainable churches in Japan.
