評価のプロセス

City to Cityジャパンのトレーニングを受けるために、参加候補者には評価を受けてもらいます。この教会開拓者の評価は、教会開拓における喜びとプレッシャーによって浮上する可能性のある長所、短所、潜在的な障壁に関する洞察を得るのに役立ちます。

この評価のプロセスは、教会開拓候補者の成功を予測するための最も重要な属性を表すもので、現在のCity to Cityアジアパシフィックの選定基準に基づいています。基準は3つのカテゴリーに分類されます。

 

  • 個人基準

  • 関係基準

  • ミニストリー基準

 これらの3つのカテゴリーは、すべての健康な成人が、アイデンティティ、人間関係、及びキャリアの発達課題を完了したと主張する有名なグラント研究によって確立された成人の発達の構造に基づいています。すべての教会開拓候補者は、理想的には健康な成人の発達の兆候を示すべきだと信じています。

Our Assessment Process

In order to be trained by City to City Japan, we ask each potential participant to go through an assessment. This assessment of the church planter helps us gain insights into strengths, weaknesses and potential barriers that can surface through the joys and pressures of church planting.

The assessment process is based on the current City to City Asia Pacific selection criteria, which represents the most important attributes for predicting success in church planter applicants. The criteria are organized into three categories:

  • Personal Criteria

  • Relational Criteria

  • Ministry Criteria

These three categories come from a framework of adult development established by the famous Grant Study, which purports that all healthy adults have completed the developmental tasks of identity, relationships, and careers. We believe that all church planter applicants should ideally demonstrate signs of healthy adult development.

ステップ1 —申し込み

第一段階は、志願者によるオンラインでの申し込み登録です。
https:// citytocityjapan.com/intensive/applicationに登録サイトがあります。

オンライン申し込み登録をするにあたり、志願者は以下の６名からの推薦が必要です。

  • リクルートした人 1人

  • 配偶者１人（既婚の場合）

  • 自分より上の牧師/リーダー 1人

  • 同僚/仲間 1人

  • 志願者が弟子訓練した人/育てた人 ２人

志願者は推薦者に連絡し、オンラインの参考ドキュメントを記入してもらってください。志願者の配偶者もまた、大まかなアセスメントを受け、パラカレオ担当者との短いミーティングを持つことになりますので、ご了承ください。

 

ステップ2 —教会開拓者３６０度調査

第二段階は、３６０度調査を取り入れています。それぞれの志願者、またその推薦者となった人たちに、オンラインの調査書に答えてもらいます。

ステップ3 —デブリーフィング：調査後ミーティング

第三段階は、CTCJ公認のアセスメント担当者が、志願者と直接、もしくはビデオコールを使用し、一対一での面談の時間を持ちます。用意された質問を使い、最初の申込書に書かれている事柄についてより深く話を聞き、３６０度調査の結果報告をします。その後、アセスメント担当者は、それぞれの志願者のレポートを作成します。レポートは志願者のコーチの参考資料にもなります。

ステップ4 —志願者の選出

第四段階では、選出に関して最終決定を下すために客観的に判断できるアセスメント担当者たちが関わります。

ステップ5 —採用とオファー

第五段階では、CTCジャパンのディレクターから、志願者へ、インテンシブ参加への招待状が送られます。志願者は正式にオファーを受け、インテンシブに参加することになります。

STEP ONE — The Application

The first stage is the applicants completion of an online form, which can be found at https://citytocityjapan.com/intensive/application

Along with their own online form, the applicant must allocate six referees:

  • 1 recruiter

  • 1 spouse (if applicable)

  • 1 senior minister/leader

  • 1 colleague/peer

  • 2 disciples/trainees

The applicant then contacts each referee, requesting them to complete an online reference form. Please note that spouses of applicants will also undergo a general assessment and informal debrief with a member of Parakaleo.

STEP TWO — The Church Planter 360 Survey

The second stage incorporates a 360 survey. Each applicant, along with their allocated referees, will be invited to complete an online survey.

STEP THREE — The Debrief

The third stage involves an applicant meeting with one of our accredited assessors, in-person or via video conference, for a one-to-one debrief. Using a set of standardised questions, the assessor will dig deeper into the initial application and debrief the applicant on the results of their 360 survey. The assessor will then produce a report on each applicant, which will be of value to the applicants coach.

STEP FOUR — Applicant Selection

The fourth stage requires a panel of fair-minded assessors to make a final decision regarding selection.

STEP FIVE — Offer and Acceptance

The final stage entails an invitation to the candidate from the Director of CTCJ, inviting them to join the Intensive program. Applicants then formally accept the offer and attend the Intensive.
