Thoughtful Dialogue in Central Tokyo

シティ・トゥ・シティ・ジャパンは最近、東京の中心部で集会を開催し、教会開拓に積極的に取り組む牧師や教会リーダーを招待しました。このイベントは、過去数年間にわたり教会開拓で実現された進展を祝う場となり、シティ・トゥ・シティのトレーニングを受けたさまざまな教会が、新しい教会開拓の使命において互いに支え合うことを再確認しました。
City to City Japan recently hosted a gathering in Central Tokyo, bringing together pastors and ministry leaders dedicated to fostering genuine collaboration. The event provided a platform for celebrating the progress made in church planting over the years, with various City to City-trained churches continuing to support one another in their mission to plant new churches.

ある参加者たちによると、一部のリーダーや教会員は、教会の成熟度を上回る急速な発展を促す制度に圧倒されていると感じているとのことでした。特に、ある教会は東京で最も高額な不動産を取得するという大胆なビジョンを推し進めました。しかし、このビジョンは大胆である反面多額の財政的責任とプレッシャーも伴いました。長年にわたり財政的期待の重圧と、財政運営に関する率直な対話がないことが、福音の核心的な価値観を曇らせ、業績重視の文化を生み出し、教会の健全性を損なう結果となりました。
Participants acknowledged that some leaders and congregants have felt overwhelmed by systems encouraging rapid advancement, often outpacing their church's maturity. One congregation, in particular, ambitiously pursued a vision that involved occupying the most expensive real estate in Tokyo. While this vision was bold, it also came with significant financial responsibilities and pressure. Over the years, the strain of financial expectations and the lack of open conversations about stewardship sometimes overshadowed core gospel values, leading to a performance-driven culture that diminished the health of the church.
今後、シティ・トゥ・シティ・ジャパンは、ハブシティ戦略に沿って、より強力な関係を築き、実りあるつながりを促進できるカタリスト的なリーダーを育成することで、東京都心部の教会を力づけていきます。私たちは、教会開拓者に、必要なリーダーシップスキルを磨く支援を行い、教会成長の各段階の複雑さを乗り越える手助けをしていきます。福音中心のトレーニングは極めて重要で、すでに日本全国の多くの教会や団体によって提供されていますが、私たちは、協力と宣教が活発に行われる環境を築く必要性を認識しています。そのためには、オープンで誠実、そして勇気ある対話を重視する姿勢が求められます。しかし、こうした姿勢は、文化の異なる日本社会では、時に難しいものとなるでしょう。
Looking forward, City to City Japan is committed to empowering churches in Central Tokyo by cultivating catalytic leaders who can build stronger relationships and facilitate productive connections aligned with our Hub City strategy. We are dedicated to supporting church planters in developing essential leadership skills and navigating the complexities of each stage of church growth. While providing gospel-centred training is crucial and already being offered by many organisations across Japan, we recognise the need to create environments where collaboration and mission can flourish. This requires a commitment to openness, honesty, and courageous dialogue—qualities that are sometimes challenging to cultivate within the Japanese context.
2026年に東京で実施されるインテンシブ・トレーニング・プログラムへの参加を心待ちにしながら、私たちは未来に期待を膨らませています。私達の使命は、教会リーダーやその会衆だけでなく、街全体をも豊かにすることです。東京中心部で実現されている取り組みにご興味ををお持ちの方は、ぜひこの大切な議論にご参加ください。共に、希望と協力、そして変革をもたらす影響力に満ちた未来を築き上げましょう。
As we anticipate our return to Tokyo for the 2026 Japanese Intensive training program, we are excited about the future. Our mission remains focused on enriching not only church leaders and their congregations but also the city. We invite anyone interested in the progress being made in Central Tokyo to join us in this vital conversation. Together, we can build a future filled with hope, collaboration, and transformative impact.

東京では新たな繋がりやネットワークができ始めているように感じます。若い世代が情熱を持ち始め、神学的な健康さを求めています。多くの教会や団体も今までのやり方を見直し、変わりたいという思いが深まっているように思います。
I feel like new connections and networks are beginning to form in Tokyo. The younger generation is becoming more passionate and seeking theological health. Many churches and organizations are reexamining their current ways of doing things and showing a growing desire to change.
最近、東京のある教会の新しい開拓プロジェクトを中心に、その近辺にある3つの教会が集まり、その開拓のためにファンドを集め支援できるかどうか話し合うミーティングがありました。そこでお互いの教会の存在を知った、他の教会もパートナーシップを持ちたいと願い、少しずつ新たな教会同士の繋がりが生まれているように感じます。
Recently, three nearby churches gathered in Tokyo to discuss whether they could raise funds to support a new church planting project. Other churches learned of each other's churches' existence there, and expressed a desire to partner with them. Little by little, new connections between churches are being formed.

またある東京で活動している学生を中心とした宣教団体は、福音中心の説教に興味を持ちセミナーができるようになりました。東京では若い学生や若い社会人達の教派を超えた集まりも広がっており、また彼らは福音を中心とした健康的なメッセージを求めています。そこで福音中心を志す教会の牧師先生と彼らのネットワークとの関係も深まってきているように感じます。
Another student-centered missionary group based in Tokyo has become interested in gospel-centered preaching and is now able to hold seminars. In Tokyo, interdenominational gatherings of young students and young working adults are expanding, and they are looking for healthy messages centered on the gospel. It seems that we are also deepening our relationships with gospel-centered church pastors and their networks.
福音中心性という健康な神学を求める教会や団体、イベントが多い中、CTCJはセミナーを提供したり、正しい繋がりができるように貢献していると感じます。
With so many churches, organizations, and events seeking a healthy theology of gospel-centeredness, I feel that CTCJ is contributing by offering seminars and making the right connections.

お互いの関係が深まってきていること、神様が私たちの間に、互いに正直に話し合える関係を作り出しているように思います。インキュベーターでの議論やプログラムは、お互いにとって安全な場所を確保し、弱さをさらけ出してもいいという土台を築くのに役立っています。4月から6月にかけて、インキュベーターを3回開催しました。また、厚木市で牧師会を2回開催しました。
Our relationship is getting deeper. I feel that God is creating a relationship between us where we can talk honestly with each other. The discussions and programs at the incubator help to ensure that it is a safe place for each other and build a foundation where it is okay to show weakness. We held the incubator three times from April to June. We held two pastors' meetings in Atsugi City.

名古屋で「シティ・カタリスト」として働く中で、この街には静かに霊的な動きが起こっていることに気づくようになりました。
神様は、牧師や宣教師、リーダーたちの間に関係を少しずつ築き、信頼と協力のネットワークを形づくっておられます。
今期、神様は私たちに、名古屋を単なる伝統と産業の街としてではなく、一致と学びを通して霊的に成長できる豊かな土地として見なすよう導いておられると感じています。
As I serve as a City Catalyst in Nagoya, I’ve come to see the city as a place of quiet spiritual momentum. God is gently weaving relationships among pastors, missionaries, and leaders, creating a network of trust and collaboration. This quarter, I sense God leading us to see Nagoya not just as a city of tradition and industry, but as fertile ground for spiritual growth through unity and shared learning.
2025年2月に名古屋インキュベーターに参加して以来、福音に根ざした成長の兆しをいくつも見てきました。それ以前には、牧師や宣教師が集まるハブミーティングに参加する機会があり、これらの集まりとインキュベーターは、学び、祈り、そして交わりの場として用いられています。
Since joining the Nagoya Incubator in February 2025, I’ve witnessed encouraging signs of gospel-centered growth. Prior to the incubator, I had the opportunity to attend several hub meetings—gatherings of pastors and missionaries. These meetings, along with the incubator, have become spaces for learning, prayer, and fellowship.
現在、10の教会から23名がインキュベーターに参加しており、その多様性と一致は、神様が教派を越えてリーダーたちを結びつけてくださっていることの現れです。関係は深まり、信頼も少しずつ育まれています。
Currently, 23 participants from 10 different churches are engaging in the incubator. This diversity and unity reflect God’s work in bringing leaders together across denominational lines. The relationships formed are deepening, and trust is growing steadily.
今期の大きな出来事の一つは、City to City Japan（CTCJ）を代表して東海福音フェローシップ（TEF）に参加したことです。TEFは、東海地域の教会に仕える約70名の福音派牧師とリーダーによるネットワークで、年に一度、交わりや励まし合い、近況の分かち合いのために集まっています。
A significant development this quarter was my participation in the Tokai Evangelical Fellowship (TEF), representing City to City Japan (CTCJ). TEF is a regional network of approximately 70 evangelical pastors and leaders from local churches in the Tokai area. It meets once a year for informal fellowship, mutual encouragement, and “checking in” with one another.
今回、初めてTEFに参加しました。集まりの中で、既存メンバーのうち2人に推薦をお願いしました。お二人の支援のおかげで、私は正式にTEFのメンバーとして受け入れられました。この参加は、CTCJにとって大きな意味を持っています。
This was my first time attending TEF, and during the gathering, I asked two existing members to sponsor me. Thanks to their support, I was officially accepted as a member of TEF. This membership carries strategic significance for CTCJ:
関係づくりの面での前進：TEFの多くのメンバーはまだCTCJを知らないため、メンバーになることで、東海地域の牧師やリーダーたちとの関係を築くきっかけとなります。これは、2026年のインテンシブに向けた協力の土台にもなります。
Relational Access: Most TEF members are not yet familiar with CTCJ. Becoming a member allows me to begin building relationships with pastors and leaders in the Tokai region, laying the groundwork for future collaboration—especially in preparation for the 2026 Intensive.
災害対応の連携：TEFでは、東海地域の災害対応ネットワークの構築が進められており、参加者の中にはこの取り組みに共感して参加した方もいます。自然災害の多い日本において、このネットワークに加わることで、CTCJは地域教会と連携しながら、物理的にも霊的にも迅速に支援を届けることができます。
Disaster Response Collaboration: TEF is actively developing a disaster response network for the Tokai region, and some participants have mentioned that this initiative is one of the main reasons they chose to join TEF.As Japan is prone to natural disasters, being part of this network enables CTCJ to respond quickly and effectively in partnership with local churches, addressing both physical and spiritual needs.
5月12日のTEFの集まりで、CTCJのビジョンと活動を2ページの資料を使って紹介する時間をいただきました。CTCJを新しい方々に紹介できる、めったにない貴重な機会でした。私は20名の牧師やリーダーに直接ご挨拶し、名古屋インキュベーターに少し興味を持ってくださった6名に招待メールを送りました。これは、今後の関わりのための種まきとなる第一歩でした。
During the TEF gathering on May 12th, I was given a few minutes to present CTCJ’s vision and activities using a two-page handout. This was a rare and valuable opportunity to introduce CTCJ to a new audience. I personally greeted 20 pastors and leaders and sent an invitation email to six who expressed a little interest in the Nagoya Incubator. This was the first step in sowing seeds for future engagement.
また、現在インキュベーターに参加している3つの教会の牧師が、最近TEFにも参加し始めたことも嬉しいニュースです。この重なりは、CTCJのビジョンや活動が口コミで広がっていることを示しており、CTCJの働きがこの地域でさらに広がっていく可能性を感じさせます。
It’s also worth noting that three pastors currently participating in the Nagoya Incubator have recently begun attending TEF. This overlap is encouraging, as it suggests that the vision and activities of CTCJ is spreading through word of mouth. It may lead to further expansion of CTCJ’s work in the region.
名古屋シティ・カタリストとしての働きを通して、私はインキュベーターに集まる方々をウェルカムし、運営を支え、参加者のフォローや質問・ニーズへの対応を行ってきました。CTCJが定期的に集会を提供していることは、地域のリーダーたちにとって大きな励ましとなり、福音を中心に学び、祈り、交わりを築く場となっています。
"Through the Nagoya City Catalyst role, I’ve been able to welcome and facilitate the incubator gatherings, follow up with participants, and support their questions and needs. CTCJ’s consistent presence and provision of regular meetings have been a source of encouragement, helping local leaders learn, pray, and build community around the gospel.
また、異なる教会の牧師2名と個別に会い、祈り合い、互いの声に耳を傾ける時間を持つことができました。こうした関わりを通して、個人的な悩みや教会の課題に寄り添いながら、信頼が深まり、霊的な励ましを分かち合うことができました。
Additionally, I’ve had opportunities to meet individually with two pastors from different churches for times of prayer and mutual listening. These conversations have allowed me to walk alongside them in both personal and church-related challenges, deepening trust and offering spiritual encouragement.
TEFにCTCJの代表として参加したことで、新たな関係づくりや認知度の向上、協力の可能性が広がりました。TEFのメンバーとなったことで、CTCJは地域の広いネットワークの一部となり、2026年のインテンシブや災害対応など、今後の働きに向けた重要な土台が築かれています。
My participation in TEF as a CTCJ representative has opened new doors for engagement, visibility, and collaboration. Becoming a member of TEF means that CTCJ is now part of a broader regional network, which will be essential for future initiatives like the 2026 Intensive and potential disaster response efforts.

2025年万博開催のため、大阪に新たな島が建設されました。日本全国、そして世界中から人々がこのイベントのために大阪に集まっています。これは、神が世界中の人々を御自身のもとへ招いておられることを思い出させてくれます。そして、この特別な時こそ、世界が私たちのもとへ来ているからこそ、大阪にいる私たちも福音を世界に伝えることができるのです。
A new island was built in Osaka to host the World Expo 2025. People from all around Japan and the world are flocking to Osaka for the event. This reminds us that God is calling people from all around the world to Himself, and in this particular time we in Osaka can reach the world with the gospel because the world is coming to us!
今四半期は、世界中の様々な教会や宣教団体から多くのチームが大阪を訪れ、地元の教会を支援し、補佐してきました。チームの受け入れは、地元の小さな教会にとって多忙で大変な作業となることもありますが、チームからの励まし、サポート、そしてエネルギーと人的資源の注入は、計り知れないほど貴重です。
This quarter we have seen many teams from different churches and mission organizations from around the world coming to Osaka to help support and supplement the local churches. Hosting teams can often be busy and a lot of work for small local churches, but the encouragement, support, and infusion of energy and people power from the teams are priceless.

Gospel to Okinawa (GTO)

コーチングは私にとって、良い「息抜き」になっています。山の頂上に行くためにはどんなに優れた登山家でも休憩の時は必要です。休憩の時間は単に体を休めるだけではなく、頂上までの道筋の確認や本当に登りきれるかどうか検討する時間でもあります。私にとってコーチングはそのような時間でもあります。この時間が私に回復の時間と思慮を重ねる時間になっていることは間違いありません。
Coaching is a good way for me to take a break. Even the best climbers need to take a break to reach the top of a mountain. Taking a break is not just a way to rest your body, but also a time to confirm the path to the top and consider whether you can really make it to the top. Coaching is that kind of time for me. There is no doubt that this time is a time for me to recover and reflect.

ある牧師はGTOの働きを通して、新しい教会を開拓するために心を燃やされました。彼は福音によって沖縄の離島に新しい教会を形成することを夢見ています。新しい教会開拓が始まることを期待しています。
One pastor was inspired to start a new church through the work of GTO, and now dreams of planting a new church on an isolated island in Okinawa with the gospel. We are excited to see new church plants begin.

翻訳 Translations
廣橋 麻子 | Asako Hirohashi
今期は各地で開催されているインキュベーターに参加し、翻訳、文脈化された資料がどのように利用され、理解されているか、現場のフィードバックをもらうことができ、資料の改善に役立ちました。翻訳上では間違いがないものの、それがスライドとしてビジュアル化される時、あるいは声に出して読まれる時、理解しにくい表現などがあることがわかりました。また、各地でインターナショナル礼拝、バイリンガル礼拝をしている教会開拓者に、９月から始まる翻訳コーホートについてPRすることができました。神奈川では前回の翻訳コーホートの参加者、せえらさんが通訳として参加されました。
This term, I participated in Incubator events held in various locations in Japan. After the events, I received feedback from the participants on how the translated and contextualised materials were used and understood; this was helpful for me in improving the materials. Even though the translations themselves were accurate, I realised that some expressions were difficult to understand when visualised as slides or read aloud. I was also able to promote the translation cohort, which will begin in September, to church planters who hold international and bilingual worship services in various locations . In Kanagawa, Seera, a participant from the previous translation cohort, took part as an interpreter.
この翻訳コーホートは、オフライン交流会の参加者からの口コミで早々と申し込み者が集められ、今期初めからインテイクインタビューを初めています。最大１２名の定員のところ、すでに８名の申し込みがあります。今年は前回信仰と仕事のゲストスピーカーに加え、文脈化のセッションにもう一人お迎えすることになりました。
This translation cohort quickly attracted applicants through words of mouth from the participants of the onsite networking events. Intake interviews had commenced at the start of this term. With a maximum capacity of 12 participants, we already have 8 applicants. This year, in addition to the guest speakers on Faith and Work from last time, we will welcome another speaker for the contextualisation session.
また今年一年を通して前回の翻訳コーホート参加者がボランティアでブログ記事の一部を翻訳してくださり、CTCJにとっても、またご自身の福音中心の翻訳スキルアップの上でも、大きな貢献となっています。（写真はその一人、ちかこさん）
福音が届けられる対象の方々に、より理解しやすく受け取りやすくする。それを翻訳や文脈化という作業を通してできる仲間が増えつつあることに大きな感謝を覚えています。
Furthermore, throughout this year, participants from the previous translation cohort have volunteered to translate parts of blog articles, which has been a significant contribution to both CTCJ and their own gospel-centred translation skills. （Below is one of them, Chikako) We are deeply grateful that more and more people are joining us in this work of making the gospel more understandable and accessible to those who need it through translation and contextualisation.

翻訳コーホートへの申し込み者の多くが、海外滞在中に信仰を持つ経験をしています。新しい文化の中で、キリストへの信仰によってそれまでの自分の世界観、価値観を見直し、日々の歩みが少しずつ変えられていきます。そして帰国すると開拓中のインターナショナル教会で説教通訳などを依頼され、一度は断ったり自信がない状態で奉仕を始めます。申し込み者の一人の女性がこう語ってくれました。「最初は人前に出るのも苦手だとためらったものの、やってみたら喜びがありました。今回のコーホートという機会が自分だけでなく教会コミュニティで翻訳・通訳者を担う人たちのためにも用いられたら良いなと思っています。」収穫は多いが働き手が少ないとされる日本のミニストリーの現場で、翻訳という働きが、彼女のような多くの人の眠っている賜物を呼び覚まして喜びと変わるようなプロセスに貢献できることを願っています。
Many applicants to the translation cohort had experiences of finding faith while living abroad. In a new culture, they re-examined their worldview and values, and their daily lives gradually changed. Upon returning to Japan, they were asked to interpret sermons at newly planted international churches, and they began serving with hesitation and a lack of confidence. However, one female applicant shared, "At first, I was hesitant to speak in front of people, but once I tried it, I found joy in it. I hope this cohort opportunity can be used not only for myself but also for others in the church community who are involved in translation and interpretation." In the Japanese ministry field, where the harvest is plentiful but workers are few, I hope that my work in translation can contribute to a process that awakens the dormant gifts of many people like her, and brings them joy in serving Lord with their gifts fully blossomed.

"訓練を受けたコーチ全員に自分のコーチングを１セッション録画するように頼みました。その録画を観て、シティ・トゥ・シティ・アジアパシフィック主催のバンコクでのコーチング・ディレクター・ミーティングで学んだ規範、倫理そして福利に関する質問を用いてコーチのスキルアップをしています。
In this quarter I asked all the trained coaches to take a video of their coaching in order for me to evaluate, and to help improve their skills。For this purpose of review for them, I will use the questions that make up the three parts of mentorship: normative, ethics, and well-being which I learned at the coaching directors' meeting held in Bangkok by CTC Asia/Pacific."

In one coaching session, when I asked a certain church planter about his spiritual life, he told me, “Through the intensive and incubator learning I had one phrase strongly touching my heart, which is ‘ Speak the gospel to yourself everyday.’” He is practicing that to take care of his own spiritual life.

Church planters’ wives sometimes face situations they can't easily talk about with just anyone. That's why we are raising up leaders who can provide a safe space where they can return to the gospel of Jesus, even in those moments.
リーダーたちと定期的に集まって、パラカレオのゴスペルツールを復習したり、自分の状況を他の妻たちに分かち合う準備をしたりしています。
Together with the leaders, we regularly revisit the Parakaleo gospel tools and take time to prepare our hearts and stories to share with other church planters' wives.

7月に千葉と京都でワークショップを行います。9月には教会開拓者＆牧師の妻たちと、女性リーダーのためのワークショップを行うことを計画しています。
We will be hosting workshops in Chiba and Kyoto in July. In September, we are planning workshops for church planters’ and pastors’ wives, as well as for women in leadership.

ひとりで頑張っている妻たちや、孤独を感じている妻たちに、このミニストリーが届きますように。ワークショップに、数名でも新しい人や、このようなミニストリーを必要としている人が新しく参加し、イエスの福音と仲間によって励まされて家庭へと教会へと戻って行けますように。
May this ministry reach wives who are struggling alone and wives who feel lonely. May a few new people participate in the workshop, and may those who need this kind of ministry be encouraged by the gospel of Jesus and their friends, and return to their families and churches.

LIGHT PROJECTは、超教派の信仰と仕事ミニストリーです。 働くクリスチャンが、「信仰と仕事」を統合し、仕事を通して、職場でイエスの光（Light）を輝かせるために、励まし、訓練する目的を持って活動しています。そのビジョンは、イエス・キリストの光を日本の働く場所にもたらし、その光（Light)を日本のすべてに満たすことで、CTCJとはパートナーの関係を持っています。私たちの信仰と仕事の統合・基礎コースでは、2018年から165を超える違う教会から、310名以上のクリスチャンを訓練しました。
The LIGHT PROJECT is an interdenominational faith and work ministry. Its mission is to encourage and train Christian professionals to integrate "faith and work" and to shine the Light of Jesus in the workplace through their work. Its vision is to bring the Light of Jesus Christ to the workplaces of Japan and to fill all of Japan with that Light, and it has a partnership with CTCJ. We have trained over 310 Christians from more than 165 different churches through our Faith ＆Work basic course since 2018.

LIGHT Social Welfare Cohort
業種や職種に特化した仕事への葛藤や救いのアイデアを深く探求するため、2024年に社会福祉コーホート、2025年5月にエンジニアコーホートを立ち上げました。
To explore deeply industry- and job-specific work struggles and redemptive ideas, we launched the Social Welfare Cohort in 2024 and the Engineer Cohort in May 2025.
2024年10月から2週間ごとに、さまざまな障害者施設、老人ホームや病院で働く看護・介護・福祉職に従事する7人の方と2人のファシリテーターでコホートの集まりを持ちました。信仰と仕事の統合コースで学んだ内容である「創造、堕落、贖い、回復」を再確認して、自分が従事する業種・業界の仕事における特質を知り、贖い・回復の提案（Redemptive idea）を探ることと、コニュニティーを作ることが目的です。
Since October 2024, seven people working in the social welfare industry such as nursing, caregiving and social work in various disability facilities, nursing homes and hospitals have met in cohorts every two weeks. These gatherings aim to revisit the content learned in our Faith & Work Course specifically about the gospel narratives of 'Creation, Fall, Redemption, and Restoration'., to learn about the idiosyncrasies of their work and industry, to explore suggestions for redemptive ideas, and to create an encouraging community.
コホート開始当初、参加者の皆さんは他者に奉仕するという尊い使命をもって有意義な仕事に従事されていましたが、それが価値ある使命や神からの召命であるとは十分に認識されていませんでした。その主な理由は、仕事自体やクライアントからの要求が圧倒的で、肉体的、感情的、精神的に疲弊されていたからです。加えて、仕事自体の社会的地位や仕事に対する経済的価値も、本来あるべきものではありませんでした。
At the beginning of the cohort, all the participants were engaged in meaningful work with the mission of serving others, yet they did not fully recognize it as a valuable mission, a calling from God. This was largely because they were overwhelmed by the physical, emotional and mental demands of their jobs. In addition, they felt the social and economic value of their work was under-appreciated.
しかし、コホートが進むにつれ、そしてお互いへの励ましと神学的考察を通して、みなさんは自分の仕事を神の視点から見るようになりました。自分の召命をよりはっきりと認識するようになり、さらに、自らの文脈の中で贖い・回復の提案を模索し始めてくださいました。みなさんお一人お一人が、疲弊から目的へ、生存から使命へと転換されていかれたのは、このコホートの最も重要な成果のひとつだと思います。
However, as the cohort progressed, and through mutual encouragement and theological reflection, they began to see their work from God’s perspective. They came to recognize their calling more clearly, and many began exploring redemptive solutions within their own contexts. This shift—from exhaustion to purpose, from survival to mission—was one of the most significant outcomes of the cohort.

1) エンジニア・コホート The Engineer Cohort:
5月17日に2番目の業界・職種別コホートを立ち上げました。エンジニアとして働くライトプロジェクト卒業生9名が集まり、隔週でオンラインミーティングを行っています。
We launched our second industry/job-specific cohort on May 17. Nine Light Project graduates working as engineers gathered for the first time, and are meeting online bi-weekly.
2)「女性・仕事・召命」の翻訳本の出版。Publishing a book:
ジョアンナ・マイヤー著『Women, Work & Calling』の邦訳が完成し、6月末に出版される予定です。今日の仕事と召命の背後にある神学的および実践的な問題をよりよく理解するために、女性と男性の両方の読者を対象としています。この本が、女性（そして男性）が仕事を通してどのように贖いの影響を与えることができるかを発見するために、神が力強く用いてくださるよう祈ります。
We have completed the Japanese translation of Joanna Meyer’s “Women, Work & Calling” and the book will be published in June. We pray that God will use this book mightily to help women (and men) discover how they can have a redemptive impact through their work.
